This is an invitation to witness art from and for our most intimate, hidden, strange, fucked-up, fantastical, longing, and forgotten selves. COnTenT is a curated evening of intimate performance by artists whom we ask to bring challenging questions and new, vulnerable expression to the stage through a shared propensity for shaking the habitual patterns of both artist and observer.

Hosted by:
Carina Borealis

COnTenT is both ritual and live performance. It is a collective coming together in celebration of the genderqueer, the trans, the androgynous, the non binary--and every arc of color upon the spectrum between.

COnTenT is all about bringing work with personal and collective meaning and provocation to the stage.

ConTenT is about saying fuck you to the culture of exteriority, status updates & unessential ego in order to dive into
expressions of ourselves that demand focus, process, witness and attention.

COnTenT is fearless of despair and rigor. It is also fearless of repair.

COnTenT is the material by which we facilitate a culture beyond-binary.

COnTenT is the collaborative brainchild of Mizu Desierto, Carina Borealis, Douglas Allen and Pepper Pepper.

COnTenT is hopefully you.
That is why we are asking you to come, to witness, to wonder, to fear, to thing, to enjoy.
